Pictures say 1,000 words and I know these organizing before and afters will tell you more about the project than I can ever write! Let’s just take a look at another side by side before and after. I found these cute chalkboard boxes at Target from the Threshold line, do you love them as much as I do? They hold out of season shoes and look cute on the shelves. It looks like her own personal mini boutique, perfect for a shopaholic! Instead of shopping online she can shop in her own closet!ĭon’t you love the storage ottoman in the middle of the space? It holds extra linens and is a nice spot for her to sit and put on her shoes and boots. ![]() ![]() It is a simple shelf and pole system installed by the contractor. We worked together to design the structure and layout. This dressing area is such a nice upgrade compared to her original closet. All of her brushes and beauty tools live in jars on the vanity top… I love the natural look of the burlap on this shade, it really warms up the room. She picked up the lamps and accessories at places like HomeGoods, Harvest, Pier1, Wayfair, and Target. Can you believe it’s the same space as the before picture? I’ve spent hours in this room and I still can’t believe it! Her vanity table is a gray metal with small drawers to fit her makeup and beauty products. ![]() Here is the after! She decided to balance the room better by opening up the wall and creating a giant dressing room with vanity area. Before her closet was through a small door off the bathroom vanity area… We spent a few hours inside of her closet and instantly knew it wasn’t the best fit for all of her clothing. I initially started working with her to thin out and organize her wardrobe. If that shot doesn’t impress you check out this side by side before and after shot! Isn’t the organizing transformation amazing? We packed up the room in early January and after 12 weeks this is what her closet looks like… We partnered up with her financial coach Tari Vickery, an interior designer, and a fabulous contractor to make everything happen. She decided to spend money on in a way that will enhance her life instead of wasting it on endless online purchases. We just completed a master bedroom and bathroom transformation with her that turned out beautifully. Today I’m sharing one of the most exciting organizing projects that I’ve worked on this year! Do you remember my shopaholic client that I featured on the blog last year?
